Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is as stated on your confirmation letter in your reservation details. Should you require to
cancel your booking before the cancellation deadline please contact the hotel directly, you will be given a
cancellation number and sent email confirmation, please retain this cancellation number for any future
correspondence. With out a valid cancellation number no dispute can be made against cancellation charges.
This reservation is guaranteed for late arrival and will be held all night. Failure to cancel before the cancellation
deadline or in the event of non-arrival the full room rate will be charged. The cancellation policy applies to each
day of your stay.  To avoid any charges for incorrect reservations, please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform us
of any queries immediately.


Payment
On arrival at the hotel you will be asked to provide a credit card for preauthorisation. This preauthorisation will
be for the total amount of accommodation plus £50 per night for any additional items. Upon departure the
preauthorisation is completed for the final amount and any extra monies held will be released.
Debit Cards - Please be aware that when using a Debit Card a preauthorisation may show as a point of sale on
your bank statement, the completion on departure may also show up as a point of sale on your bank statement
and this could take over 10 working days to release the preauthorisation depending on your bank.
To avoid inconvenience to you we suggest therefore taking full payment on check-in for the accommodation and
then pre authorising either a credit card or taking cash of £100 per day as a deposit for additional charges, we
are more than happy to preauthorise a debit card upon your request.
Cash Payment – The above pre authorisation procedure is required to be carried out on a credit or debit card in
order to check into the hotel. Should you wish to pay by cash you can do so on departure and the pre
authorisation will be released. Please note you will not be able to check in with out a Credit or Debit card
present. All cards are required to be chip and pin.
Personal Cheques - Please note we are unable to accept personal cheques as a form of payment.


No Smoking Policy
Please be aware that Didsbury House operates a strict 'No Smoking' policy through out the hotel.
There is a designated smoking area within the garden & patio areas. Any guests found in breach of
this policy will be subject to a minimum cleaning charge of £100.


The Treatment Room - intrinsic refreshment - our philosophy
10am to 10pm Wednesday & Thursday. 10am to 7pm Friday.
Please contact Vicky Clayton on 07795 248969. Should you require to cancel a treatment, the
cancellation must be made by 12pm the day prior to avoid any cancellation charges


Breakfast & Deli Menu
Breakfast is served 7am until 10:30am Monday - Friday, and 8am – 11am on weekends and bank holidays. The
Deli Menu is served in the Bar and Lounge 10.00 am until 10.00pm, Limited food available after 10pm.

Directions
Car parking for our overnight guests is available with our compliments.
